1. General Policy

All products are custom printed. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Our standard remedy is reprint rather than refund where appropriate.

2. Cancellation Before Production

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not started.

3. Cancellation After Production

Once production has commenced orders cannot be cancelled and refunds will not be issued.

4. Artwork Errors

All files are printed exactly as supplied. Errors in supplied artwork do not qualify for refund.

5. Claims

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Remedies

7. Production Tolerances

±2mm trim tolerance
colour variation
±5% quantity tolerance

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability shall not exceed the value of the order.

ESP Colour Limited shall not be responsible for financial losses arising from marketing campaigns, resale of goods or other commercial use of printed materials.

9. Consumer Rights

Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected except where personalised goods are exempt under applicable legislation.
