Delivery to mainland United Kingdom is included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply to remote areas including Scottish Highlands and Islands.

International shipping is not currently offered.

Production lead times displayed on the website are targets only and not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery typically occurs within 24–48 hours after dispatch depending on location.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Risk transfers to the customer once goods are delivered to the delivery address provided.

5. Failed Deliveries

Additional charges may apply where deliveries fail due to incorrect address information or refusal of delivery.

6. Claims

Delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
