These Terms and Conditions govern the use of espcolourprint.com and the purchase of goods or services from ESP Colour Limited.

These Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy & Cookies Policy, and Artwork & File Preparation Guidelines form the entire agreement between you and ESP Colour Limited.

By placing an order you confirm you have read and agree to these policies.

2. Orders

A contract is formed when ESP Colour Limited accepts your order or begins production.

We may refuse or cancel any order prior to production for reasons including pricing errors, technical issues, unsuitable artwork, suspected fraud or operational constraints.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

VAT will be applied at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

4. Artwork Responsibility

All files are printed exactly as supplied.

ESP Colour Limited does not check artwork for spelling, layout errors, colour settings, bleed, resolution, page order or other design issues unless agreed as a paid service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring files comply with our Artwork & File Preparation Guidelines.

Errors within supplied files do not qualify for refund or reprint.

5. Colour Variation

Colours printed may differ from colours displayed on screen or previous print runs due to differences between digital displays, printing equipment, materials and environmental conditions.

Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

6. Production Tolerances

These tolerances are standard within commercial printing and do not constitute defects.

7. Delivery

8. Refunds and Claims

Refunds and claims are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork you confirm you have the rights to reproduce all content supplied.

10. Limitation of Liability

ESP Colour Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity.

ESP Colour Limited shall not be responsible for losses arising from the customer's inability to sell, distribute, use or otherwise commercialise printed products.

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control including supply disruption, natural disasters, industrial action, transport disruption or government restrictions.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy & Cookies Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
